Baylie Scott is Product Engineer on the ArcGIS Solutions team at Esri. Baylie helps create solutions for the fire service that use spatial data to streamline workflows. She has a passion for helping fire departments leverage systems that empower them to better protect their communities.

Prior to joining Esri, Baylie worked for the Tennessee State Fire Marshal’s Office where she led fire data analysis efforts that powered statewide community risk reduction initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Emergency Management and a Master of Arts in Public Policy.
